We answer every support request we receive, no matter if you are registered customer or not. However, requests from registered customers are processed with higher priority, and response period in this case does not exceed 24 hours. Requests from non-registered users may take longer time to be processed.

How to Get Support

There are two ways to contact us. The first way is to submit your request using the web-based contact forms listed below. We recommend you to choose this way, because filling out the contact forms requires some additional information to be entered, which is important for us to provide you with comprehensive response.

The second way to contact us is to send your message to us by e-mail.
