Blackfield (2005)BlackfieldProgressive Rock Blackfield is a collaboration of Porcupine Tree leader Steven Wilson and Israeli singer/songwriter Aviv Geffen. This album expresses the pronounced melancholic moods, which are similar to the moods of Porcupine Tree, but, as a whole, "Blackfield" sounds more darkly and sadly than any PT's album I've ever listened to. It's not a masterpiece, but if you like neo-progressive, it may be very interesting to you. |
